What information do you need for a quote?
Origin and destination, cargo type, approximate weight and volume, the Incoterm agreed with your supplier, and what the goods are. If you're missing something, we'll help you fill it in.
Do you handle customs?
Yes. We coordinate customs with a licensed customs broker partner and validate documents before the cargo leaves, to avoid delays and storage costs.
Which is better for me, FCL or LCL?
It depends on volume, urgency and total cost. Our blog explains it step by step, and when we quote we'll tell you which works out better.
How do I know where my cargo is?
On the tracking page you can track it with the B/L, container or air waybill number. Our Operations team also updates you at every step.
