Frequently asked questions

Where do I find my B/L or air waybill number?

On the transport document we send you when the booking is confirmed. Ocean B/L numbers usually start with the carrier code (for example MEDU or HLCU). An air waybill has 11 digits; the first 3 identify the airline.

Why doesn't the carrier's site show my cargo?

If your shipment is consolidated (LCL) or travels on a house B/L, the carrier only recognizes the master B/L. In that case, message us and we'll give you the status right away.

Can I see the vessel on the map?

Yes. Search the vessel name shown on your B/L in the MarineTraffic map. Positions come from AIS and may lag on the open sea.

Do you store the numbers I enter?

No. The number is processed in your browser and is not sent to our servers.
